At Scalex, as BDE you will help with IT International Sales, Network Marketing & Strategic Planning. You drive International Sales, Pre-Sales, and Business Development.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Gen AI applications using Python, LangChain, and LLMs.
  • Implement the data storages/vector storages required for models.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, machine learning engineers, and product managers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Develop and implement APIs and microservices for Gen AI applications.
  • Integrate Gen AI models into existing applications and systems.
  • LLMs testing, Fine-Tuning and Optimizations.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of Gen AI applications.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI and machine learning.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in IT sales, lead generation, or presales activities.
  • Good communication skills to interact with senior leaders like CXOs and VPs.
  • Experience in preparing proposals and handling RFI/RFP processes.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools for managing leads.

Personal Skills

  • Experience working with international markets (market for BDE will be USA, Europe, middle east, asia pacific and India).
  • Knowledge of online bidding platforms and email marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of creating business documents like BRD.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking performance and improving strategies.
  • Ability to work well with other teams like marketing and product management.
