The Problem

Docs Drift the Moment they're Written.

Engineers dislike writing documentation, and wikis drift out of sync with reality almost immediately. Setup steps go stale, deprecated APIs linger, and nobody trusts the docs — so they stop reading them, which makes them staler still.

Docs go out of date as the code moves on without them.

Trust erodes — once one page is wrong, the whole wiki feels unreliable.

People stop reading, so nobody notices or fixes the next error.

Relying on humans to remember to update docs is the root cause.

DocuPulse fixes the cause, not the symptom.

The Solution

Code is the Source of Truth. Docs are Reconciled Against it.

DocuPulse runs a continuous reconciliation loop. Instead of asking people to keep docs current, background agents compare what the docs claim against what the code actually does — and draft the correction when they disagree.

Detect Changes

On each run, DocuPulse looks only at what changed in your repo since the last check — fast and incremental.

Extract the Facts

It reads the real code — function signatures, environment variables, version pins — to establish ground truth. For common languages, this is deterministic parsing that can't invent facts.

Analyze for Drift

It matches each doc claim against the code facts and asks: Does this still agree? If not, that's drift.

Draft the Fix

For confirmed drift, it writes the minimal correction as a diff — always attached to the code evidence that justifies it.

Nothing has changed automatically. Every fix waits for a human to approve it.

Our Core Capabilities

What DocuPulse Does

Continuous Drift Detection

Catches when your docs and code have fallen out of step, runs on merge, on a schedule, or on demand.

Human-in-the-Loop by Default

Proposals are reviewed and approved before anything is written; auto-apply is available but off by default.

Works with Any Codebase

Precise, deterministic parsing for common languages and an AI fallback for everything else, so no repo is turned away.

Evidence-Backed Fixes

Every suggested correction carries the exact code that proves it, so review takes seconds, not investigation.

Safe Write-Back

Approved Markdown fixes land as a GitHub pull request; Notion fixes update the exact block, with the previous content saved, so any change can be reverted.

Your Code Stays Yours

The whole repository is never sent to any AI model; only small extracted facts and the specific doc text under review are.

Progressive Web Apps

We offer Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) that provide fast loading times and high reliability without needing installation. Our PWAs deliver a native-like user interface and experience, complete with features like notifications.

Mobile App Testing and QA

Ensuring the quality, performance, security, and usability of mobile applications through various testing methods, including functional testing, performance testing, usability testing, security testing, and compatibility testing across different devices and OS versions.

MobilityOps

We use agile methods to quickly develop and deploy apps. Automation helps us make the process easy, so you can reach your audience fast. Our team handles app deployments on Google Play and the Apple App Store and provides automated testing with CI/CD for smooth performance.

Who it's for

Built for teams whose docs can't keep up

Fast-Moving Engineering Teams

Shipping frequently, where docs fall behind within days.

API and Platform Teams

Whose consumers depend on signatures, endpoints, and config being exactly right.

Notion or In-Repo Markdown Teams

Who’ve watched their wiki quietly become untrustworthy.

Any Codebase, Any Language

TypeScript, Python, Go, Java and beyond.

Industries & Domains

Where Documentation Accuracy Directly Impacts the Business

Our framework is purpose-built for engineering teams where quality is non-negotiable and delivery speed is a competitive advantage.

Sounds like your team? Let's talk about building DocuPulse for your stack.

The Scalex Engagement Model

From Idea to Working System in Weeks, Not Quarters

We build DocuPulse for your stack as a focused engagement.

Weeks 1

Discovery & Scoping

Connect to your repo and doc sources, confirm the drift that matters most, agree on what "good" looks like.

Weeks 2

Ingestion & Extraction

DocuPulse reads your code and docs and builds its ground-truth index across your languages.

Weeks 3 - 4

Drift Detection & Review UI

The analyzer flags real drift across API, config, and setup categories; fixes appear beside their evidence.

Weeks 5

Write-Back & Validation

Approved fixes flow safely to GitHub and Notion; we measure accuracy against your real history.

Weeks 6

Handover & Demo

A working system on your own repos, plus a findings report and walkthrough.

The Scalex Engagement Model

From Idea to Working System in Weeks, Not Quarters

We build DocuPulse for your stack as a focused engagement.

Accuracy Over Noise

We tune for precision — a tool people trust that occasionally misses beats one that cries wolf on every commit.

Safe by Design

Human approval by default, revertible changes, and a data model where your full codebase never leaves your environment.

Built to Grow

The POC is architected as the real product — new languages and doc sources are additive, not rewrites.

Frequently Asked Questions

No. DocuPulse reads your repo into its own database, but the whole repository is never sent to any AI model. Only small extracted facts and the specific doc text being checked are — and for common languages, even the parsing happens locally with no model involved.
No, not by default. Every fix is reviewed and approved by a human first. Auto-apply is available as a setting for teams that want it, but it's off unless you turn it on.
Markdown docs are corrected via a GitHub pull request — reviewable and revertible like any code change. Notion pages are updated through the API on approval, with the previous content saved, so any edit can be undone.
Any language. Common ones (TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, Go, Java) get precise, deterministic parsing; everything else is handled by an AI fallback, so no repository is turned away.
Today: GitHub for code, and Notion or in-repo Markdown for docs. On the roadmap: GitLab, Bitbucket, Confluence, Google Docs, and more — each is just another connector on the same engine.
