Full Stack Developer

Job Description

Lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex web applications using JavaScript or TypeScript-based technologies.
Hands-on experience with Node.js, Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript, PostgreSQL, and related technologies within JavaScript or TypeScript.
If the candidate does not have prior experience specifically in Next.js or NestJS, they should at least be willing and ready to learn them.
In-depth experience with developing or contributing to real-time communication tools.
Develop architectural solutions and make high-level design choices.
Mentor and guide junior developers in coding best practices and system design.
Drive the DevOps process to ensure efficient, reliable deployment and continuous integration.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
Evaluate and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software design and development.
Strong experience in JavaScript or TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, and willingness to work with or learn Next.js and NestJS.
Object-Oriented programming skills.
Deep understanding of Software Development and Quality Assurance best practices.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.
Experience operating in an Agile environment, with a deep understanding of agile development principles.
